    Tuesday, 6 January 2026 at 7:30pm   On the twelfth night of Christmas, we celebrate the arrival of the Magi at the birth of Jesus and the beginning of the season of Epiphany.

  • Epiphanytide Festival of Lessons and Carols

    St. John Brebeuf Roman Catholic Church 1707 John Brebeuf Place, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

    We will continue our celebration of Epiphany with a service of lessons and carols, together with the St. Alban Ordinariate Catholic Community. The service will be followed by a potluck supper and fellowship in the lower  hall. St. John Brebeuf is located at 1707 John Brebeuf Place.

  • Smells & Belles: Taizé Prayer and Dinner

    St. Mary's Academy 550 Wellington Cres, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

    As part of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, Smells & Belles will be attending a Taizé prayer service at St. Mary’s Academy (550 Wellington Cres.) followed by dinner at Next Door (116 Sherbrook St).  Parking for Next Door is available at the Food Fare at 115 Maryland Street. 

  • Bishop’s Visit & Blessing of Epiphany Waters

    The Feast of the Presentation of Christ in the Temple and the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary - otherwise known as Candlemas - will be celebrated with the Blessing of Candles at 7:30pm on Monday, 2 February 2026.
