St.Michael and All Angels Church (SMAA) prioritizes facility bookings in the following way:
- SMAA Church ministries;
- SMAA Church members and attendees;
- Other community partner organizations;
- Outside rentals.
SMAA has the following space(s) available for rent:
- Kitchen – fully inspected and permitted for use; includes commercial dishwasher, commercial fridge, chest freezer, two stoves and ovens, two microwaves, stainless steel countertop, assorted dishware and cookware, and the possibility of renting locking cupboard storage space for regular renters;
- Hall – maximum capacity 75: includes 8 rectangular folding tables, 60 stacking chairs, whiteboard, flat screen TV, accessible washrooms;
- Lady Chapel – Our Lady of Walsingham chapel includes fixed seating for 20, maximum capacity 25;
- Church – includes fixed seating for 100, maximum capacity 150.
